YASI by Jasmine Porra
Jasmine Porra is based in the Northern Rivers, NSW.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design & Communication, a Certificate IV in Fashion Design & Technology, and has completed various reputable photography courses and workshops, all in Sydney, Australia.
With over 15 years of professional experience in the creative industry, Jasmine began her career as a graphic designer in her early 20s. She gained extensive experience working with a variety of reputable companies and clients, eventually moving into art and creative direction, as well as branding within her own freelance business she had running on the side from early on in her career.
In her late 20s, Jasmine seized the opportunity to live and work overseas as Creative Director for Nitro Circus Live in Los Angeles, California, from 2014 to 2017. There, she was involved in consumer products, licensing, marketing, media, and live touring events.
Jasmine's designs have reached global department stores like Zumiez in the US and 47 Brand, as well as independently branded local Australian brands such as Nakula Coconut Water and large-scale events for Surf Life Saving Australia.
After gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience across graphic design, branding, art, and creative direction, Jasmine launched her own art and design brand, YASI, in 2020.
YASI, Jasmine’s brand, is represented as a woman—a pseudonym, a creative alter ego.
Her work is a bold mix of photography, graphic art, hand and digital illustration, lettering, acrylic, spray paint, collage, and more—"all the fun things," as she puts it ;)

Today, YASI has hundreds of customers who have acquired Jasmine's works for their homes through her online presence, social media, and local community outreach at markets and renowned art fairs across Australia. She also collaborates with clients and companies nationwide as an artist and designer, offering branding services or acting as a brand consultant.
Jasmine’s work is very experimental and constantly evolves with her.
